Prices are for homes up to 2 stories. Larger homes are quoted. Plans are a 12-month commitment, billed monthly.

Bathroom Refresh

Old caulk removed, tub or shower re-caulked with mildew-resistant silicone, and the exhaust fan cleaned.
Deck & fence staining
Free quote
Cleaned, then stained or sealed to protect the wood. Priced by the size of the deck or fence.
Garage door tune-up

Rollers and hinges lubricated, hardware tightened, safety sensors tested, and the weather seal checked.
Weatherstripping & door sweeps

Stops drafts at your doors and helps keep heating and cooling costs down.
Outdoor faucet winterizing

Included in Preferred and Premier. Shut off, drained and covered in the fall, turned back on in spring.

Home Care Plan questions
What happens at a seasonal home checkup?
We walk the house inside and out and look at the things that turn into expensive repairs: caulking around windows and doors, downspouts and grading, rotted wood and fascia, and smoke and CO detector batteries. In spring we test your sump pump. You get a short report with photos of anything that needs attention.
Is there a contract?
Plans are a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. That lets us schedule your visits ahead of time and keep the price low.
When will you come out?
You get your visit windows when you sign up. Spring visits happen before the rains, and fall visits happen after most of the leaves are down. Premier members also get summer and winter visits.
What if my home is bigger than 2 stories?
Plan prices cover homes up to 2 stories. For larger or 3-story homes, we'll give you a quote before you sign up.
What if I don't use my handyman time?
Handyman time is used during each visit and doesn't carry over to the next one. Start a list on your fridge and we'll work through it while we're there.
Which air filters do you change on the Premier plan?
We bring and install standard 1-inch filters for one HVAC system. Other sizes or a second system are billed at cost.
What does the member discount cover?
Members get 10% (Essential and Preferred) or 15% (Premier) off repairs, maintenance and add-on services. Ask us about remodeling projects.
