My name is Chris Mitchell. I started NKY Home Service in 2020 because I saw a problem in this industry that I couldn’t ignore — and honestly couldn’t respect.

Most home service companies in Northern Kentucky work the same way: the owner shows up, wins your business, shakes your hand, and then sends a completely different crew to do the actual work.
